"Fasano Angra dos Reis delivers on the luxury experience. The rooms are excellent and the facilities - sauna, steam room, indoor and outdoor pools are top tier. The one area that falls short: food options. For a resort this remote (and this caliber), two restaurants and a café isn’t enough. The main restaurant is Italian and genuinely good, but there’s no variety, minimal healthy or gluten-free alternatives, and given the location, you’re not really leaving the property for meals. I didn’t like the small unlit sign at the road, the dirty driveway is in poor conditions, no visibility on top of the hill plus big potholes, the property sits at a steep angle to the ocean requiring big steps stairs to access the room or the pool. "Nunca tem ninguém na recepção e o check-in começou as 14:30 devido a termos invadido e achado as funcionárias lá em cima. A plataforma não nos avisa que tem quartos com vista para as montanhas e nós fazemos a compra pensando que estavamos de vista para o Mar! Mesmo o apartamento conforto dizendo que tem vista parcial para o mar, o que não é verdade! Bem se não fossem esses quisitos seria TOP!"

"Fiquei no quarto família, o maior, cabem até 6 pessoas. Único ponto: banheiro MINÚSCULO!! Bem apertado, outro detalhe: um único espelho dentro do banheiro. Um quarto enorme pede um banheiro maior e mais confortável, e a possibilidade de um espelho na área das camas. Checkout tbm foi muito precoce, só até às 11h da manhã. "
