the houses were looking lovely on the internet and the house itself was clean and well maintained but it is more a hotel of value of 200 /300 reales per night. no more. the bed was cheap and terrible. the sheets were as thin as they could possible be and we didn't feel comfortable when we entered the room and found blood spatters on the wall and curtains. this doesn't fill one with confidence

Nossa estadia foi do dia 20/11/25 a 23/11/25. Quando chegamos por volta das 10h, segundo nos informaram o quarto estava ocupado. Desde aí “ok”, norma do hotel, para limpeza e organização. Resolvemos dar uma volta na cidade. Qdo foi 1h depois, o hotel enviou mensagem avisando que o quarto estava pronto. Voltamos rapidamente, pq depois de 8h de viagem, tudo que queríamos era tomar um banho. Chegamos no hotel, e quando fomos usar o banheiro, tudo mofado o acento da privada. Ai, veio a dúvida, será que estava ocupado o quarto? Pq mofo não aperce de uma hora pra outra. Ficamos mto chateadas com isso. Pq a informação que nos foi passada é que o quarto estava ocupado. E qdo chegamos no hotel, eles não liberaram o quarto alegando estar ocupado. É nos deparamos com isso?

Fiquei encantada com a Pousada VELINN — tudo foi simplesmente nota 10 do início ao fim. O café da manhã é um espetáculo: variedade incrível, itens fresquinhos, sucos naturais, pães, frutas – você começa o dia com o pé direito. A hora do pôr do sol é mágica — o cenário é tão bonito que parece pintura, perfeito para relaxar e recarregar as energias. A equipe da pousada merece destaque total: são super acolhedores, atenciosos, sempre prontos para ajudar com dicas, reservas ou o que você precisar, sem perder aquele jeito leve e sincero. Quanto à limpeza, achei impecável — quarto arrumado, banheiro brilhando, lençóis cheirosos e tudo cuidadosamente cuidado, sem deixar nada a desejar. Em resumo, a VELINN me conquistou pelo conforto, pela vibe hospitaleira e pela atenção aos detalhes. Pontos a melhorar: Cafe da manha bom, mas faltava opcoes como queijo branco, tapioca e iogurte tinha que pedir. Suco apenas 2 variedades. (Nao tinha suco de laranja nenhum dia) houve pequena demora para repor itens no cafe da manha. A descarga do banheiro e ruim. Pontos positivos; A playlist que tocava no cafe da manha e maravilhosa. Permitem que o hospede use o microondas, geladeira, freezer, fogao.. sem qualquer custo (exceto a churrasqueira). A limpeza e excelente.

Minha experiência não foi boa porque pousada fica longe restaurantes pra tudo você tem pegar Uber estar de carro a praia no fundo impropria para banho nós quartos a mal cheiro de esgoto na portaria também tv não funciona com canais abertos chuveiro hora sai água quente hora sai fria você tem quase ficar próxima parede para tomar banho café da manhã muito cheio espaço pequeno. Quando chove você não subir para 2 andar. A cidade as pessoas não oferecem informação

Banheiro do lado de fora do quarto

A pousada é muito boa, mas preste atenção no detalhe do banheiro que fica fora do quarto. Eu não vi isso escrito e quando cheguei lá mostrei que não estava escrito nada disso no voucher, mas eles foram irredutíveis. As meninas são muito educadas e o local muito limpo.

Foi maravilhosa do começo ao fim.
