I like staying at this hotel. It is ideally situated. My only issue is that it is not accessible to persons with mobility issues. Even when you want to use the elevator, you have to go up or down stairs to access the elevator. I have no problem recommending this hotel to able bodied individuals.

Overall, a good and simple stay the rooms are very well anointed and the service is good. No frills and trills just generally a good experience and the water pressure was good as well as well as the hot water was good so I had no issues over there. I skipped the breakfast and if you’re ready to walk a little bit, this is a good place to be. I would stay again.

The property was lovely, in a good location and friendly staff. Although the room was clean, some things had obviously been missed by cleaning staff as there was an opened bottle of water in the fridge and item of clothing presumably left by a previous guest. The shower gel was also left with very little in it and clearly watered down and was not re-filled during our 3 night stay. Not massive issues so I would still potentially return to the hotel again.

Location is very convenient. But the carpet is dirty. No hot water for shower, asked the staff the next day, she said the old building and others used the water. Even the next morning, the water was cold. The mattress is too soft.

The room was very big, spotless and the x-large tub was a treat after lots of walking! The reception folks were very kind and personable. We had a great view of the castle from our room, and the location is great- right on the border of Old Town and Lesser Town. We really hope youll consider this hotel for your stay, its a lot of wonderful for a great price.greatper

The elevator did not go to each level so climbing some stairs was still required. The mattress pad was stained (visible through the white sheets) and it didn't look like anyone had attempted to clean the stain until we brought it to their attention. They did not have laundry facilities or services, as it was stated in the Expedia description. The property is located in a convenient location.
