The Chef de Cuisine (Libor K.) at the hotel restaurant “Zem” is outstanding and offers creative and healthy cuisine for hotel patrons. Loved the food and the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent experience at the Hyatt hotel—very luxurious setting and ambiance.

Excellent service from staff, room was clean and lovely. Great amenities. Restaurant was well stocked for breakfast and service was prompt. The only negative was that our room facing the street got quite noisy from outside starting about 5:00 in the morning. Bring earplugs if you sleep light.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. They didn't miss on anything. It was also very comfortable in the room and the streaming option on the TV was very helpful to watch movies in English. It was one of the only hotels we have stayed at that had this option.

High quality stay

The hotel is lovely. Very quirky but super efficient with their use of space in a small room. Breakfast was very good and bathroom products are high end, Byredo. The only complaint is that there was a pretty foul smell on our floor for the majority of our stay. They used an air freshener to mitigate it but it didn’t mask it well. Also, while very clean, the sauna and steam room was not working well. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.
