"The room and bathroom themselves were pretty small, but the lodge offers other spaces for relaxing such as the amazing game room with massive TV, billiards table, darts and more, as well as a more quiet library area with intellectual offerings such as Scrabble® and chess. There is a community kitchenette with a refrigeration device to store all your items, microwave, coffee and tea station, many tables for dining also. Staff were great, Mike was attentive and very helpful. The equipment storage room was nice to leave boots overnight to dry/stay warm and not clutter the room. There was super fast WiFi (approx 200 down/200 up) throughout the lodge that was great for video streaming and checking in on remote work. Another thing I enjoyed was the keyless, #pad entry to the room. Didn't have to worry about carrying around or losing keys. "

"The apartment is very cozy and spacious for 5 adults. Mt Ellen hasn't opened when we were there, but the location is only a 7 minutes' drive to the Lincoln Peak base lodge. The host was very accommodating and addressed a maintenance issue we encountered within a reasonable time frame. Bath towels and bed linens were of great hotel quality. The mattresses, pillows and sofa were all very comfortable with good support. Would return for our next ski trip!"

"Wonderful property with a small brook right behind it. It was lovely listening to it on the deck. Would be good for cross country skiing or snowshoeing as the Catamount trial access is right outside the property entrance. Very clean and host communicated everything in a timely manner. "This property is really gorgeous and was perfect for a relaxing weekend away for me, my husband, and my son! The pool table was so fun and the setting was beautiful. What I was most impressed by was the responsiveness and communication from the host. In my very overworked brain, I showed up a day earlier than I was supposed to, but the host was so gracious and got me into the property a day early! Also, when in Waitsfield, go get donuts from Twisted Halo!"
