"Firstly, the position of the apartment is perfect for the beach, just 2km from the old town of Bosa and a nice base place for visiting Nuraghe etc.. Great views because it's on the 4th floor (no elevator). It's also nice and spacious and light and the kitchen is nicely set up with a great oven. However, there are a lot of issues with the apartment at the moment which basically make it unrentable. Michael, the owner was very polite in his email replies which we appreciated and has explained that...

The property was not the entire house as Enso lives upstairs and it did not seem so private as I was hoping based on the description of the property. Niente zanzare e non abbiamo avuto bisogno di accendere il condizionatore. Il proprietario sempre disponibile e gentile. Il mare e le spiagge intorno che già conoscevamo sempre molto belle. Mangiato ottime pizze nel lungo mare Da Rino. Ottima gelateria in paese . Unica nota negativa, i parcheggi troppo cari !!!!!"

"L’appartement est impeccable, super bien équipé. Le lit est confortable et la vue du balcon, qui donne à l’Ouest, est imbattable pour les couchers de soleil! Le stationnement ne pose pas de soucis, même sur la rue (octobre). L’arrivée est super facile avec la représentante qui était très disponible. On a grandement apprécié notre séjour! "The house was beautiful and clean. The views from the property could not be beat. Location was wonderful for exploration of the northern part of the island. Teresa and Leonardo were kind, friendly, and responsive. While we thought that there would be 2 bedrooms (according to the VRBO listing) and there was only one, space wasn’t an issue-plenty of room for two people."

"This property is a great stay. Location is only a 20 minute walk to harbor. You can comfortably have 4 adults. The third room has bunk beds so it would be better for children. Parking can be difficult at times. Overall this is a good experience. The view is magnificence. Both bathrooms have very nice showers. Plenty of hot water. Air conditioning is good."

"A lovely small town with friendly local people. The apartment has a great location with a seaview from the terrace and it's just 5 mins from the beach and restaurants. It has enough kitchen equipment. You will need a car if you want to get to the supermarket or to travel to a different town/ village as public transport is limited. The owner is quick in replying and pleasant in communication. In general, a great place if you are looking for a peace and quiet on your holiday. "
