"Bella struttura, pulizia eccellente, colazione abbondante e varia, camere ristrutturate e spaziose arredate in legno. C'è un centro benessere Spa fantastica"
"This place is beautiful and amazing! The property is new, well done with a spa like feel (had my own personal sauna in my room) and great kitchen area fully stocked and well thought out which we used to make dinner as a market was nearby! I had myself and five kids in suite with plenty of room to hang out. Breakfast was perfect and Paolo assisted in giving us places to eat and hikes to try. There is an app with events and hikes and dining options as well that was helpful. I would definitely stay...
"Clean and spacious rooms. Great location with a short walk to the ski lift. We didn't have any issues, but at times we found communications from the staff to be a bit rude."
"Amazing hotel. Staff were very pleasant. Room was a suite which was lovely. Very good price for what we had. Dinner was included and was excellent. Breakfast was not bad but not as good as the dinner. All in all highly recommended!"
"Stay in the hotel was nice, we stayed two nights.
Overall the service was great and staff was helpful. However the staff has very limited English skills, so the communication was fairly limited.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing as the savory choices available were very limited, and just mainly sweet things were there. Also, when they ran out no-one brought more of them. So just a note, don’t go for late breakfast or might be that all has ran out. 😔"
"Breakfast was great, catering to anyone gluten, lactose and fructose intolerant- I was in heaven 😍
Hotel staff very friendly, cute family hotel with beautiful natural pool and large rooms.
Ora is a very cute town, great access to tons of hiking and biking trails."

"Very welcoming and comfortable hotel, right in the midst of old town and the pedestrian zone. We enjoyed eating breakfast on our private terrace and the spacious rooms. We stayed before and after a grueling trek in the Dolomites and the hotel was a comforting place to return to."
"Wonderful experience! Extremely kind, friendly, and accommodating staff. Lovely room and easy parking in a convenient location for many Dolomite adventures."
"We stayed here so we'd have a pool for the kids and could be away from the busier city areas. They had a very convenient parking lot right next to the hotel which was also a big plus. The pool is clean and beautiful and the views from the rooms and the lobby and the dining area are just as good! We never felt crowded or busy, it was a very calm and relaxing vibe.
We had one minor issue and one medium issue. Minor issue was that the Wi-Fi network only worked in the lobby and did not work in our rooms so when I was trying to get some work done that was not convenient. The other issue was the temperature in the rooms… Technically the rooms have air-conditioning but there isn't enough power in the hotel to run them properly so for two of the four nights we stayed the room was uncomfortably warm and my whole family was sweating in the middle of the night."
"The room for four if us was spacious with suite and kichenette. The room rate was readonable compared to others in the area. The location was convinient and close to grocery stores as well. We loved staying here and highly recommend it."
