"There was NO coffeemaker. Cabinets seem to be falling apart. Some of the pillows were ripped. Whatever floor cleaner they used was sticky. Had to pay extra to stream movies from my own device and a service I pay for? The property seemed a little sketchy."

"Clean rooms, away from traffic. Brkfst was delicious. Alot of healthy foods like turkey sausage, veggie omelets."

"The room was dirty. The tile floors had a heavy filmy residue and our feet turned black from walking on them. The shower would only run at half pressure because the pull on the faucet was stuck. The toilet was hard to flush. The surfaces of the furniture was also dusty. The carpet had debris built up in the corners. Staff was friendly, but they need to change how the property is cared for. It was gross. "

"Never got a hot shower took 3 during my stay at different times Never got hot water Paid extra for breakfast during my stay was difficulty not worth the money was nothing more that a continental hot breakfast that other hotel chains offer with stay for the money of the stay i would like to see this offered with stay"

"Clean room & Lobby. Pro: Quiet area of western KC, Con: Parking lot & surroundings dimly lit, though seemed safe. Across street from the “Hereford House” steak house, is a plus."

"Very receptive host both before and during our stay. Stayed there for work based on the great location - close to I-35 as well as 3 parks within a few blocks of the house (bonus for our dog walks). House had everything we needed for our 2 1/2 week stay (obviously we bought our own groceries, but basics were provided!) "
