"DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! The room itself is old, dirty, not well kept, not looked after, and people are NOT CLEANING!!! There was a dirty sock in the drawers, a lizard running around, and MULTIPLE cockroaches. There were stains on the pull out bed, along with trash and crumbs underneath it— clearly nobody is cleaning the rooms thoroughly. When we called the front desk, they were completely dismissive and acted like it was “unusual.” I wish we had taken pictures, but let this review be your sign not to stay here— I promise you can find something MUCH nicer for the same price."

"This unit is even more gorgeous in person! The most beautiful and peaceful vacation spot we've ever been to. Super comfy beds, plenty of pillows the kitchen has everything you need and there was plenty of room for our family to all hang out together or go our seperate ways but still feel connected. The location was also fantastic, we loved exploring Old town Kapa'a among other places. Our hosts were wonderful - we hope to be back soon!"

"Our 4 day / 3 night anniversary stay at the Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort was extremely disappointing from start to finish. On our very first morning, we woke up to a flooded hotel room. Our clothes, luggage, and personal belongings were soaked. Instead of immediately helping resolve the issue, the staff gave us a hard time when we requested assistance getting our clothes and luggage dried. We were promised a new room right away, yet it took nearly 8 hours before we were finally moved. This completely ruined the plans we had made for our anniversary day. Sitting around waiting most of the day while dealing with water damage to our belongings is not how anyone expects to spend a vacation in Hawaii. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability or customer service afterward. No compensation, apology gesture, waived fees, or any attempt to make things right was offered. Then, upon checkout, we were still charged additional resort and parking fees despite everything we had dealt with during our stay. For the price paid and the reputation of this resort, the level of service and response to a major issue like a flooded room was unacceptable. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had, especially for what was supposed to be a special anniversary trip."

"This location worked great for exploring different parts of the island, and having such a beautiful view was very special. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and even some extra items that came in very handy, like ice packs for our cooler. There is some traffic noise in the bedroom, if you’re sensitive to that. Overall, we had a great stay and we’d recommend!"
