"The condo was in the most perfect location. Pool is right out the front door and the ocean out the back. When we checked in and noticed the TV was broken. There was a new one had arrived within a couple hours. I would have liked to see some coffee in the cupboard."

"Mostly this was a good suite and worked for us. I am a rare traveler and was unfamiliar with an off-site host. I needed help with WIFI and a couple of other questions and the company was quick to help and patient. Apparently some suites are better maintained than others. Our was medium. There was a slider screen that was pulled from the frame. There was only 1 gecko and 1 cockroach, so that's pretty good for Hawaii. The suite was basically clean, yet there was the unsealed screen, damaged vent, cracked lavatory, touched up shower, poor painting). It was a place to stay while our local house was being tented. Suites vary. Company helpful. Basically good."

"Our stay at Kapaa Sands 2 was absolutely incredible from booking to check out. It was hard to leave this darling home right on the beach with all of the amenities that make up the perfect beach house. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to visit again. The location on the beach, quiet condo community with a pool, well kept grounds, easy parking in the town of Kapaa- walking distance to great restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and great beach for boogie boarding cannot be matched!"

"We enjoyed our 9 night stay at the condo. We thought the walk through the grounds/gardens to the beach was lovely. Our kids enjoyed the beach and ocean while at the condo. The location of the condo, in Kapaa, worked really well for us since we did activities on the north and south side of the island. The host had excellent communication with us before and during our trip. The condo included all the essentials to prepare meals, enjoy the beach, and to sleep comfortably."

"My wife and I stayed for a 12 day honeymoon, it was perfect. Pretty central for if you're exploring the island. The kitchen and bathroom are pretty well stocked for any cooking you'd want to do as well. The pool was great, always nice and warm and very clean! Absolutely would stay here again when we return!"

"Amazing View! Luke was a great host and responded extremely fast! Waking up to the waves of Wailua Bay directly out the lanai has been amazing. Super close to Waipouli Beach to catch sunrise and walk on the beach. Also, fresh Malasadas right across the street! really close to the Nounou east trailhead. For our stay Wailua bay was pretty rough, so for swimming we went to Kealia (4x4 required to park at the end of the beach)"
