Lovely property in a nice and secluded location. Warm welcome from Lydie and her delightful furry friends. the property is homely and a little earthy. The welcome pack was a life saver having arrived on a bank holiday where everything was shut. There is a nice village close by with the basics available, and a bit further all that the Loire can offer. We have no hesitation in recommending La Motte and Lydie .

1st - 30th October La Motte is the perfect place to relax and unwind. There is no trafice passing and no light polution, when the stars come out they shine. There is a lot of interesting places and a lovely pa rk in Richelieu for walks. Our host Lydie certainly knows how to make you welcome and is there if you need anything. There are lots of leaflets and books to help you get started and we were sad to leave at the end of October. Definately worth a visit thank you Lydie.

Nous avons adoré la maison, tres spacieuse, avec son jardin fleuri, sa tres agreable piscine, ses beaux meubles, ses livres, son grand confort. Nous nous y sommes sentis tres bien. Lydie est une personne tres acceuillante et généreuse et nous la remercions!

This is a characterful, charming property, well equipped by the delightful owner, Lydie. We were warmly welcomed by Lydie and her lovely, gentle dogs. The location is a short drive from the beautiful town of Richelieu where there is a gorgeous park and many interesting buildings. We enjoyed the markets and châteaux in the area.At the gîte Lydie has a heated indoor swimming pool which was used every day. Lydie has thoughtfully provided everything that you might need on holiday. Highly recommended.

Nous avons été ravis par cette ancienne ferme rénovée avec goût. Tout y est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien. Le gîte est extrêmement bien fourni, la literie de qualité (+++ pour la taille du lit adulte). Lydie est une hôte exceptionnelle par sa gentillesse, son accueil et sa prévenance et toutes ses attentions. Nous avons passe un excellent séjour et recommandons les mieux et la région.

Un grand merci à Lydie pour ce séjour Nous conseillons vivement cette location : une hôte sympathique, généreuse, disponible et discrète. La maison est super, au calme, avec tout ce dont on a besoin ( et même plus!) On peut vraiment arrivée avec juste ses bagages, tout est disponible, avec en plus, une très belle attention à l'accueil. La piscine est merveilleuse, c'est un rêve! Et la.ezgion est magnifique. On est au calme mais tres proche de magnifiques visites. Bref, séjour idéal !

Uiterst fijn welkom met wijn, water, jus d'orabge, koek, melk, water etc. Erg groot huis, nu nog wat koud ( de kachel gebruikt), maar voor de zomer juist ideaal . Mooi groot zwembad, grote tuin, niet makkelijk te vinden, en de wifi laat het soms afweten, maar verder top !

L'endroit est très calme. La maison, isolée en pleine campagne, est spacieuse et agréable, bien équipée, relativement propre. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis avec notre chien et nos deux chats par Lydie la propriétaire. Le terrain est partagée avec elle et ses deux galgos (très gentils mais l'un n'aime pas les chats donc nous n'avons pas pu laisser sortir les nôtres). La piscine intérieure (vrai plus de la location) est partagée également, mais la propriétaire est discrète. Lydie est une personne gentille et généreuse, le "kit d'accueil" était exemplaire (boissons diverses, biscuits, confiture maison, chips etc.), les linges de toilette et de maison sont largement fournis, ce qui est très appréciable. Le Wifi fonctionne grâce à un répétiteur, la connexion est très mauvaise mais on capte la 4G sur les téléphones. Jolie région, véhicule indispensable.

Die Lage ist super. Vor allem super ruhig. Andererseits ist es nicht weit nach Chinon, Richelieu und Loudun. An sich ist auch die Wohnung ganz gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. ABER : Einen Tag vor unserer Abreise wurde uns eröffnet, dass wir 70€ Heizungsgebühren zu zahlen haben. Aus heiterem Himmel. Zugegeben, es war kühl und wir haben auch geheizt. Aber für 10€ pro Tag. Geht gar nicht. Zu erwähnen wäre noch, dass es im Badezimmer die ganze Zeit nach Kloake gestunken hat und der Backofen nicht funktioniert hat. Dafür gab es natürlich keinen Rabatt.

Ein herrliches Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet und eine komplett ausgestattete Küche... was das Herz begehrt. Dazu ein riesiger Garten, wo der Hund fröhlich laufen konnte. Lydie ist eine charmante Gastgeberin und wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit dort. Wer die Einsamkeit liebt, ist hier genau richtig... weit und breit Feld und Wald.

Nous avons passé une semaine dépaysante et reposante chez Lydie. L’accueil est parfait, plein de petites attentions dans le gîte. La piscine est un vrai atout. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le gîte de Lydie qui nous a très bien accueillis. La maison est très bien équipée même pour les bébés. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le jardin. Nous reviendrons certainement.
