"We loved staying at the excelsior the it had an amazing view and rooms were huge and very clean and felt at home. The shuttle service was fantastic as if you like walking the Aldi Center is about 30min walk down steps… Maurizio and Antonio the drivers were so friendly and can’t thank them enough! The staff were some of the friendliest and most thoughtful I’ve ever encountered. They anticipated what I needed before I could even ask, making me feel genuinely cared for every step of the way. Everyone was not only helpful but also so much fun to interact with, bringing an energy and warmth that made the entire stay feel special. The level of service was truly outstanding. Every detail felt intentional, from the way the staff remembered my preferences to the effortless way they handled every request with a smile. It was clear they take great pride in what they do, and it made my experience feel more like a retreat than just a hotel stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Whether I was relaxing with a drink or just soaking in the surroundings, the scenery never stopped impressing me. There are several cozy spots throughout the property where you can just sit back, unwind, and enjoy the beauty around you. The location is perfect — close to everything I wanted to explore yet peaceful and private enough to feel like a true escape. Between the incredible service, the stunning views, and the warm, fun staff, I can confidently say I’ll absolutely be back.
