We had an experence where we asked for one cup of decaf coffee and 30 minutes later; and after flagging down to additional staff personnel we were told the machine was broken -- but, then we received a cup of coffee 5 minutes after that. On another day, I arrived to a buffet that was out of scrambled eggs (the only cooked eggs offered other than hard boiled) - I immediately informed the staff and...

"Comfy and spacious apartment. Within walking distance of most areas of town (keep in mind that Porto is quite hilly). Loads of little eateries nearby, though the kithen facilities are very acceptable should you wish to cook in (there's a supermarket nearby). Especially helpful staff, though they're only physically onsite from about 3-8pm (on-call the rest of the time)."

"Near Airport. No shuttle from airport to the hotel. Had to take an uber. 12 euros. Taxi. 20 euros. They have lockers to leave luggage. That is very good. We went to Marrakesh for 3 days. We left our luggage there. Room is fine."
