Boasting four bedrooms and a sprawling, sunlit living space complete with a sofa bed, accommodating up to eight guests with ease. Whether you're a family, a group of friends, or a savvy business traveler, our airy and inviting retreat promises a delightful stay.

Nestled on a tranquil, traditional street, this convenient haven is just a leisurely two-minute stroll from charming local coffee shops and handy convenience stores. Southsea's stunning seafront, Canoe Lake, and South Parade Pier beckon a mere 1.1 miles away or a quick four-minute drive. For a dose of vibrant entertainment and upscale shopping, Gunwharf Quays awaits just an eight-minute drive away, boasting an array of bars, restaurants, a cinema, and premium retail outlets. And history enthusiasts will delight in the proximity of Portsmouth's Historic Dockyard, conveniently located nearby.

Street parking is complimentary, with the exception of the hours between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm, for which a complimentary ticket will be provided in your welcome pack. Check-in begins at 3 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. We've thoughtfully curated all the amenities you'd expect from a modern hotel, including complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix access, plush bedding, and stylish furnishings, as well as convenient tea and coffee facilities. Our contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for culinary adventures, featuring an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, and an array of crockery. Plus, enjoy the convenience of a dishwasher, washing machine with a tumble dryer, and even an Insinkerator! The dining area comfortably seats 6-8 guests, with three additional bar stools for casual dining, leading out onto a charming patio with a BBQ grill. We also provide a high chair and kid-friendly crockery for our little guests.
