"The property was basic, as expected, but the host's behavior was shockingly unprofessional and erratic. After honestly correcting a simple booking mistake (one guest instead of two) and promptly offering payment, the host initially seemed polite but slow to respond. Things turned serious when I accidentally locked myself out of the bedroom—without shoes or phone—and urgently contacted him via my smartwatch. He claimed he'd arrive in an hour but vanished for hours, ignoring multiple calls....

"Staying at this property is like a scam. I would have preferred to stay and sleep in my seaters car. These property adverts Fridge and private bathroom in the room, i only stayed a night but hoping to have breakfast with my Son in the morning before going to an event, so i had bought cereals and milk to keep in my private fridge as adverts in the room. "A decent bed for the night, with on suite toilet (no toilet paper though). Decent shared kitchen to use if required, and a quite area at night. Overall, I'll book with Darwin Guest house again."

"When we arrived, he wasn't sure if I had a booking. Waiting outside the property in the pouring rain for 40mins before I got in. When I called they didn't pick up and there was no in the property to assist. The password gave was the wrong one initially and then messaged the right one after waiting for over 40mins. The toilet seat is right by a radiator and could sit properly as the heater continuesly touch you and heat burns. When we entered we had to clean the toilets as they were let dirty....
