"When I arrived on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 4:30 PM, I was assisted in the lobby by a rude man whose tone of voice was entirely inappropriate for this type of establishment. I was given the wrong room number, which led me to mistakenly try to open a room that wasn't mine. I couldn't make coffee because the pod holder was missing from the machine. The shower was disgusting—it had traces of rust—and, to top it all off, there was no coffee at breakfast."

"Clean room, quiet"
