Come relax and unwind in our mountain home situated on an acre of wooded land. . It is a peaceful gathering space for families to connect. Billiards pool table room complete with darts. Three smart tvs throughout home. Fully stocked kitchen and family dining area. High speed wifi to get work done or relax and stream your favorite shows. Large loft with bunk beds and futon to sleep and for kids to watch tv. Home is centrally located to charming Downtown Portola, and Feather river is walking distance away . A short drive to historic city of Graeagle and Lake Davis. Pick your outdoor adventure with golf, Paddle boarding, hiking , mountain biking , and world class fishing all around. There are two full time tenants that live above our detached garage. There is no shared space with them and they keep to them selves.

Great Stay for Golf Getaway

We had a golf tournament in the area, and this was a perfect place to stay. Lots of room and very comfortable. The host was easy to contact and answered all questions immediately. We’ll keep this place in mind the next time we’re in the area!

Perfect little stay

We used this cabin for a work weekend with the team. Worked perfectly. House and location is great. I recommend grabbing the firewood. Really speeds up the heat and gets the house toasty.

Great house in the lost Sierras

We enjoyed our stay here. Host is very responsive if you have any questions. The beds were comfy, bathrooms have plenty of space, and the TVs are bigger than a lot of the other rentals we've had. The pool table and dart board are a great bonus and made us feel like this property is a great value.

Home away from home

Stayed a couple of days over Thanksgiving. We were visiting family and this home was a great fit for us. Kitchen was perfect for cooking our part of the dinner. Plenty of space in the entire house( 4 people in our party) and the pool table was a blast for all ages. Clean and a wonderful place to hang out. We plan to use this listing again and would recommend it!! FYI just as the listing stated, this house is predominantly heated by wood burning stove. Bring enough wood if you are renting in the winter months. Upstairs in one room they have a wall convection heater, a portable heater in the loft, and a base board heater in the master to help. I may have missed any other forms of heating. We did not have a problem with heat once we got the wood stove up and running.

13th Ranch celebration 2023

Love this home! It was great for our get together. Only one thing we didn’t like. The master has a foam mattress. Cannot ever sleep on that again:(

Perfect Week

My family had a great time staying at this home for a week in nature relaxing vacation. First off, I was nervous to rent a new listing without any reviews, so I reached out to the owner and he sent me a link to his listing on another site, which had plenty of great reviews. When we got to the house we were very pleased with how spacious, clean and homey it was. They had everything you could need to cook, sleep well and be comfortable. A few extras that aren’t stated in the listing: They have full cable and all the good streaming services so you don’t have to cast or log into your own account or bring your own steaming device; The upstairs bathroom has two shower heads with amazing pressure; The downstairs full bath has a jet tub my teens loved using; The mattresses were surprisingly comfortable - the kind of comfortable where you know the house is used by the owners and isn’t just another rental. The only small complaint I have is there isn’t any patio furniture, BUT I visited in June and the pine tree pollen and mosquitos were bad enough I wouldn’t have been able to hang out on the patio much anyway, so it wasn’t a big deal. I think I would have been disappointed if it was later in summer. Otherwise it was a perfect week and I would gladly return to this same home in the future!
