"Era nosso último dia em Porto Seguro após ficarmos hospedados nas praias da região.
Optamos por dormir na cidade para conhecer o centro histórico e ficar próximo ao aeroporto, já que o avião saída de madrugada.
O hotel é um prédio histórico dos anos 1800, com boa localização, próximo ao deck do Gallo e a passarela do álcool. Além de óbvio, ficar a poucos minutos de carro do aeroporto.
O quarto era simples, porém a cama era confortável e estava bem limpo, além do atendimento dos funcionários...

"Ficamos hospedados por 7 dias e 7 noites. O hotel tem uma estrutura simples e razoável, com quartos amplos, porém com alguns pontos que podem melhorar. Tivemos que solicitar a troca do frigobar e da roupa de cama no primeiro dia, e a TV não sintonizava todos os canais. Apesar disso, a limpeza estava ok e o ar-condicionado funcionou muito bem, o que compensou a falta de ventilação natural, já que o quarto não tinha janelas.

"Já é minha terceira vez hospedado no Ravenala. Equipe super atenciosa e a conveniência de realmente ser um hotel categoria pé na areia. A piscina é quentinha, a comida é boa. Inclusive, no dia de ir embora, meu voo foi cancelado e remarcado para a madrugada e eles disseram que eu poderia ficar no quarto até mais tarde, sem problemas. Isso não se vê hoje em dia por ai!"

"Excellent hotel, very good breakfast, all staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and has a nice pool. The only thing that was a safety concern to us is that there is no traffic lights to cross the street in front of the hotel and not all cars stop at the same time. We were crossing when the cars stopped, but a motorcycle didn't stop and almost hit us. It is not the hotel fault, but they should defenitely bring this concern to the city as it affects the hotel guests."

Horrendous smell throughout most of the property and unfortunately in particular in the area our room was in.
Our triple room, which we were forced to take due to being a couple travelling with an enfant, only had two small towels. The bed sheets were exactly the size of the beds, so you'd need to be able to play dead while sleeping in order to avoid ending up directly on filthy madresses.
The shower water heater didn't work, so only ice cold showers available.
The remote for the air conditioning wasn't working and the tv had one single channel available.

It's a bit far from most things in Porto Seguro, but it's very close to the airport. You'll need to climb a very steep hill, if you wanna to the walk there though.
The hotel has parking, but there is lots of available free street parking right outside the hotel.
There are pharmacies and restaurants close to the hotel."
"Staff were so nice and friendly! They helped me with everything including helping me contact tour guides, helping me find fun things to do, and helping me find transportation. They also allowed me to have a late checkout. The breakfast buffet was delicious!!"
