"This hotel has a perfect location. Rooms are outdated but suitable for needs, very clean, beds are hard but we did not mind that. Tea, coffee facilities and mini bar available at a price. Shower was excellent. Staff very friendly and accommodating; luggage storage available to save carting it around on the last day. We would definitely book this hotel again. "

"The location of this hotel is amazing! So close to St. Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. Easy walk to water buses and tons of great restaurants right outside the door. The room itself could definitely use a refresh, but you don’t go to Venice to stay in your hotel room. Would absolutely stay there again."
