🌿 AP3 – River: 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite) and a terrace with sea and pool views. Spacious and peaceful—perfect to relax or work.

🏖️ AP2 – Beach: 2 bedrooms, sofa bed, piano, and a cozy terrace. Great for families seeking comfort.

🍃 AP1 – Lake: 1 bedroom, lots of natural light, a sunset-facing balcony, and wide spaces for extra convenience.

🌊 AP0 – Ocean: Open-plan leisure area with bed, sofa bed, island kitchen, and a terrace with dining and lounge zones.
