Our room at Mo House was perfect. Lots of space, authentic decor and the kitchenette was so handy. The breakfast was substantial and the staff were helpful and friendly. Sebastian, in particular, was wonderful.

We had a great stay at Mo House, the rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there was a large variety of food items. It was in a very convenient location, easy to walk all over downtown Porto.

Great location for walking to almost anything of interest in Porto. Nice staff, great recommendations!! Only downside was the room was directly above the breakfast area. So it was a bit loud in the morning. But overall very pleasant stay

It has home vibes, so inviting and warm. Unassuming facade but beautiful front desk hall. Sebastians, the front desk guys, always with a smile on their faces and very helpful. The breakfast spread, is diverse, delicious and if you choose to sit in the patio, great view.

This is a lovely little hotel. Our room was spacious with a pretty view of the river. The little kitchenette was a nice little bonus. It’s conveniently located near restaurants and the train station. Highly recommend dining at the Time Out Market located at the train station!

I liked the convenience of being in the center but the walking on the steep hills and stairs was brutal. There wasn’t a shower just a claw tub. The people who ran the hotel were very accommodating and kind.

We had a great stay. Our room had great view of the city across the river. Sebastian was very welcoming and warm. The entire hotel is a historic property and there are beautiful antique decors all over. Our room was clean, bright and airy. The breakfast was amazing!

Great property! High quality breakfast and Sebastian was wonderful. Very clean. Only suggestion is to provide USB plugs for charging electronics. Additionally, the bathroom floor could be replaced.

A beautiful little boutique hotel with an amazing view of the river. Staff warms friendly and very accommodating. We arrived well ahead of check in time, and they let us check in, held our luggage, and delivered it to our room while we went down to the river for lunch. We had a light flight leaving Porto, and they held our luggage so we could spend the day in the city and then let us wait in the hotel and use their facilities until it was time to leave for the airport. Highly recommended!

Rustic but comfortable nicely maintained property. The owners were very accommodating and helpful with dinner reservation and a private car. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Our room was quite comfortable with AC. There is an elevator. We also had a small kitchen area with a refrigerator and microwave. Private shower was nice. I would recommend staying here.

A hidden gem

We absolutely loved our stay in Mo House! A great location and a short walk from the train station and busy resturant streets. The appartment was very clean and quiet during our stay, staff were lovely and the breakfast was great. Such care and attention to detail had gone into the room decor, with beautiful lamps and furnishings. We opted for a river view which was worth it as we got to enjoy a bottle of wine looking out across the city. Would highly recommend Mo house to anyone considering a stay in this wonderful city!

All in all, we had a very good stay in Mo House. One thing I would like to emphasize: the availability and helpfulness of the two receptionists, both named Sebastiano. But also the ladies in the kitchen and for the room service were very friendly and helpful. Mo House is an old building, tastefully modernized and with a lot of charm. It has, however, some disadvantages which come with its being an old structure. So, don't expect an effective sound insulation and modern sanitary installations. We would, however, stay again in Mo House, because the attractions of the Hotel prevale by far. J.B.
