The Space:
You will have at your disposal an apartment with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, and an additional built-in bed, accommodating up to 4 people. It also features a living room with a flat-screen TV, cable channels, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a complete bathroom. It is the ideal place for a relaxing and comfortable stay in the city.

The Neighborhood:
Located between the beautiful Avenida dos Aliados and Praça do Marquês, on the most vibrant street in the city, the famous Rua de Santa Catarina. In just a few minutes, you’ll be at the heart of all the entertainment and close to the main tourist attractions. Don’t miss the famous Galerias de Paris or shopping at the traditional Bolhão market, where you can find the freshest local products!

This area is full of life, but if you want to explore other areas, the Trindade or Marquês metro stations are just a few minutes away, and there are several bus lines nearby!

Other Things to Note:
To make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into effect. The amount of €2.00, included in the cost of the stay, applies to guests over the age of 13. It is charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.

If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, you will incur a cost (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require assistance from our team to open the door, there will be a fee of €40 after 7 p.m. If the key is left in the lock and technical intervention is required, the cost will be upon consultation.

The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow a collaborator to enter the property for inspection, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.

For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of expenses for water, electricity, and internet/TV package up to €190. If these costs are exceeded, the guest will be responsible for the excess amount.

We offer a transfer service to drop you off at the apartment! You just need to request it (consult us for pricing).

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (consult us for prices).

Important note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, causing noise between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but may affect the stay of our guests. Therefore, we adhere to a transparency policy to ensure that the expectations of our guests are properly met. Our mission is to ensure that Liiiving is easy!
