The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a building situated in Foz do Douro, a seaside area known for its sandy beaches, such as Praia da Luz and Praia do Ourigo, as well as eclectic restaurants serving international and Portuguese cuisine. The Foz Market sells traditional food and products from Porto, and the area is full of sophisticated clothing boutiques and art galleries.
Enjoy the fantastic waterfront, where you can walk, bike, swim at the beach, or simply relax in the sun at a seaside terrace.
For those wanting a more cultural visit, don’t be disappointed. Our apartment is just a 10-minute drive from downtown Porto and close to all public transport. If you don’t have a car, don’t worry, you can use the bus network (number 500), which is just a 1-minute walk from your apartment.

Other Things to Note:
To make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into effect.
The fee is not included in the rate and is €2.00 per day and per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years old do not need to pay.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.
If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be subject to consultation.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a cost limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees to allow a staff member to enter the property for an inspection whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
Daily cleaning of the apartments is carried out between 11 AM and 5 PM, and we only change linens and towels for bookings of more than 5 nights.
