The Neighborhood:

Located on the bustling Rua de Dom João IV, our studio enjoys a prime location in the heart of Porto, just a stone’s throw from Campo 24 de Agosto. A short 5-minute walk away is Porto Bus Station, making it easy to explore the city and its surroundings. The surrounding area is brimming with dining options, from cosy restaurants to charming cafés, and convenient supermarkets for your shopping needs. For parking, the D. João IV Car Park is right next door. Just a few minutes’ walk away, immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of Rua de Santa Catarina, with its shops and the iconic Capela das Almas. Explore Porto’s sights, all from our central location.



Getting Around:

Enjoy the convenience of staying in the heart of Porto, with easy access to a range of public transport options. The nearest metro station, Campo 24 de Agosto, is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, providing quick connections to all corners of the city, including the famous Ribeira district and the beaches. For those arriving by train, São Bento station is a short distance away by metro or bus. Porto Bus Station is also very close, just a few minutes’ walk away.



For those travelling by car, there is paid parking nearby, such as the D. João IV Car Park, located just a few steps away. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is about a 20-minute drive or a 30-minute metro ride away, making the apartment ideal for travellers arriving and departing by plane.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.



If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (price upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s intervention to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be subject to consultation.



If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



The tenant agrees to allow access to the property for inspections whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected.



For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a utility limit of €150 for water, electricity, and internet/TV package. Any amount exceeding this limit will be paid by the guest.



We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to ask (price upon consultation).
