The condominium offers an outdoor pool, basketball and football courts, numerous green areas, and a private dock for those who enjoy navigating the Douro or the Atlantic waters. The garage-box easily accommodates two large cars, motorcycles, bicycles, and additional items.

Located on the banks of the Douro River, next to the Freixo Marina, this apartment offers the privilege of organizing river and maritime activities. The building also has direct access to the riverside walkway, a perfect spot for walking, running, cycling, or other sports and leisure activities. A 45-minute walk will take you to Ribeira and Porto’s city center, or if you head in the opposite direction toward Gramido, you will find leisure parks, riverside terraces, and a lush green setting ideal for relaxing by the river.
Situated 3.5 km from Porto’s city center, 1 km from Campanhã railway station, and just a few meters from the city's inner ring road access, this is an excellent choice.

Other Things to Note:
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of 200 euros will be applied.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time, without prior authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.
If you lose the key, a replacement fee will apply (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be determined upon consultation.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a utilities cap (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of 230€. If consumption exceeds this amount, the extra cost will be covered by the guest.
The tenant is required to allow the host’s staff to enter the property for inspection whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
