The Space:
The apartment features a double bedroom, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We can't forget to mention the lovely view of Praça da República.

For your convenience, our apartment includes an elevator (starting from the first floor), air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the city, at Praça da República, you will be at the center of all the excitement, where everything happens in Porto. Here, you can lose yourself in the famous Galerias de Paris, shop at Praça Carlos Alberto, stroll along the renowned Rua de Santa Catarina and the Bairro da Lapa, and taste Porto’s most famous dish: the Francesinha.

If you wish to explore other parts of the city, you will be just a 5-minute walk from Trindade metro station, with access to all metro lines. Around the apartment, you will find supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants. We would love to welcome you.

You may request our transfer service whenever needed (price upon consultation).

You also have access to an extensive public transportation network.

Other Things to Note:
To make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into effect.
The amount of €2.00, included in the stay price, applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.

If you would like a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time, without prior authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – fee upon consultation.

If you are planning to bring your pet, please note that the final price shown in your reservation includes only one pet. If you bring more than one, please contact us.

For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged to the guest.

The tenant is required to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection whenever requested by the host. Monthly visits for this purpose are expected.

We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! You only need to request it (price upon consultation).

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation).

Bel appartement, propre, situé à proximité des lieux d'intérêts, équipé de tout le nécessaire. Procédure d'arrivée parfaite avec possibilité d'entrer dans l'appartement par digicode, bonne communication avec le gestionnaire de l'appartement. 2 points de vigilance pour les futurs locataires : _l'appartement est au 1er étage et l'ascenseur débute au 1er étage. Vous n'aurez donc pas l'usage de l'ascenseur et il faut monter une 20aine de marches pour accéder à l'appartement. _ l'appartement n'a pas de fenêtres doubles vitrages et la chambre donne sur la rue passante en photo. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, n'oubliez pas les boules Quies ou passez votre chemin. Personnellement, cela ne nous a pas plus dérangé que cela. Une suggestion d'amélioration: mettre des crochets dans la salle de bain et la cuisine pour suspendre serviettes et torchons.
