Located on the first floor of a traditional Porto building (no elevator), this contemporary studio has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of every square meter. Situated on Rua da Lapa, you'll be within walking distance of Praça da República, Cedofeita, Santa Catarina Street and Mercado do Bolhão. The open-plan layout brings together the bedroom, lounge and dining areas in a seamless and functional space. A comfortable double bed sits against a warm wood-panelled feature wall, creating a cosy boutique-style atmosphere, while two armchairs provide the perfect spot to unwind after a day discovering the city.

Large windows fill the studio with natural light, enhancing the bright and airy feel of the interior. A breakfast bar comfortably seats two guests for meals or morning coffee, while a dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi make the studio equally suited to remote working or longer stays. For your comfort and flexibility, our Hospitality Team will provide a self-check-in at the property. A code will be informed to open the lockbox and collect the keys. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance.

For added convenience during your stay, especially when visiting the beaches or surrounding regions, it may also be useful to use a car or ride-hailing services.

￫ Self-Catering Accommodation
The accommodation operates on a self-catering basis. A few basic items are provided upon arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, and other essentials. These items are offered as a courtesy and are not replenished during the stay.

￫ Bed Linen and Towels
Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional set of bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge at check-in.

￫ Cleaning
The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers only the final cleaning after check-out. During the stay, additional cleaning services or changes of bed linen and towels can be requested at an extra cost. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-ins after 10:00 PM are subject to an additional fee of €25. A set of keys will be provided.

￫ Check-out
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table.

￫ Keys
Guests are responsible for the keys during their stay. Please do not leave the keys in the door lock or in the mailbox. If assistance is required due to lost or damaged keys, any associated costs will be charged to the guest. In case of key loss, an additional penalty may also apply.

￫ Baby Equipment
A baby cot and high chair are available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.

￫ Extended Stays (28+ nights)
For stays of 28 nights or more, monthly utility costs (electricity, water, etc.) exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By confirming the reservation, the guest agrees to these conditions.
