There are two parts to this review. First the actual room. It was clean, comfortable, in a great location, with good amenities. The issues with this listing come with the service.When I originally booked this room, I saw in the listing that is had 2 beds (1 single, 1 double), however, in the image it only showed 1 double. I contacted the home owner letting her know I was coming with my 13 year old son, and she confirmed that the room would have the 2 beds listed (1 single, 1 double). Upon arriving at approximately 9:30pm, we found only 1 double bed. I contacted the host and was sent this response "The information we have is there is a double bed and simple bed in the living room" Strange response since the entire unit is only one room. After reiterating this, the next response was "Did you look around, do you see this space" At this point, I realised the host had no idea what the space consisted of or quite possibly had never been to the space. In the end, we shared a single bed. Finally after numerous calls and much back and forth at 4pm on the second day, someone brought the missing single bed. In addition, while the breakfast was nice, someone knocking violently on the door abruptly waking us before 8am each morning to deliver it was not.And, the internet did not work for the first 36 hours we were there. Had to tell them to send someone to reset it. So in summary, nice space, great location, but hosts who have no idea about the properties they are managing.
