The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

A localização é muito boa, principalmente pra quem vem do aeroporto ( a estação 24 de agosto é muito próxima). O apartamento é bem maior do que esperávamos e estava muito limpo. É bem equipado, bonito, mas há pontos negativos: o Wi-Fi definitivamente não funciona no quarto, somente na sala. O chuveiro não é quente o suficiente. A descarga do vaso sanitário não funciona. Portanto, para o custo, creio que não foi bom pra mim.

Geschmackvolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Ich habe mich in der Unterkunft (10 Wochen) sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr sauber und gepflegt und ansprechend eingerichtet. Ich habe alles, was für einen auch längeren Aufenthalt erforderlich ist, vorgefunden. Einziger Mangelpunkt ist das wenige Geschirr, was der Benutzung der Geschirrspülmaschine entgegenstand. Ich hätte mir für einen langfristigen Mietzeitraum auch Wechselbettwäsche-und handtücher gewünscht. Dies wurde mir, auch auf meine Bitte hin, nicht unentgeltlich zur Verfügung gestellt. Fazit dennoch:topp!
