This charming 20m2 room, tastefully furnished with stylish decor, is perfectly located near many of Porto's top attractions.

Situated in a delightful guesthouse, the property includes shared amenities such as a small communal area with utensils for preparing simple meals or snacks. (Please note that this is not a full kitchen and lacks typical kitchen facilities). Additionally, there's a shared terrace where you can relax and enjoy some fresh air.

Your stay includes a private room with a private bathroom for your exclusive use. The room is fitted with a comfortable queen bed, a TV, and a work desk, making it a homely retreat after a day of exploring Porto.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries. We provide hotel-quality linens and fresh towels to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The guests have access to the common kitchen and the common terrace. Those are shared with other guests in our house (max another 4 people). The bedroom and the bathroom are completely private for the guests.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The Bairro Costa Cabral is in the northeast of Porto and is connected with access to the main train stations and metro lines.

You are a few minutes away from the Stadium Estádio do Dragão.

Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:

- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest train station, Marquês, is just 2 mins walk from the accommodation.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 16 mins drive from the guesthouse.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before you can check into the flat.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Terrible communication and disinformation

We specifically chose an apartment with a kitchen to save money, as we couldn’t afford to eat out every day and still enjoy activities on our holiday. Unfortunately, the induction cooktop didn’t work. We contacted GuestReady, and the next morning, they claimed the kitchen wasn’t meant for cooking and that there shouldn’t be an induction cooktop. However, the apartment description clearly stated it was “fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery needed to cook a delicious meal, including an induction cooker, a toaster, and an oven.” After some back-and-forth, GuestReady admitted it was an error and offered a 10% refund (€80) or to let us move out with a refund for the remaining days. We declined, as €80 wasn’t enough to cover dining out for the remaining days, let alone compensate for the inconvenience. We asked for a resolution before the end of our holiday, but they insisted on discussing compensation only after check-out. This issue not only affected us financially but also ruined our enjoyment. GuestReady claims they are available 24/7 to ensure a smooth stay, but our experience was quite the opposite. Responses were slow, and we felt ignored. The apartment was great in terms of location and cleanliness, but the communication and service were severely lacking. Be cautious when booking with this host—if issues arise, don’t expect a timely or cooperative response.

The room#1.

I bet you gave us the worst room in your house. I saw other rooms and can say for 100% that the room#1 is a terrible one. The toilet 1 meter away from the bed, behind the glass door, with no locker and huge spaces between doors and walls. Unbelievable discomfort! Among 52 published photos on booking.com there is the only one which more or less show this room catastrophic planning. I made a pee 1 meter away from sleeping person. Keeping it into account I do believe that the room is overpriced!!! Even good location can't compensate such terrible things. I wish you visit such toilet on a daily basis in front of your lovely family .
