The Flat was clean and well equipped. Cool terrass. But do not look down to the other Terrass. They clean the Dogshit not often..You need to be a good walker or use public transportation. The People living upstairs are loud as hell. Sometime til 2 o'clock in the morning! There are also Dog's below and above the appartment. Everybudy bangs the building doors even it is possible to do it silent. Probably not owners wich had to pay for maintenance by them self....
