Great flat in a wonderful location.
This is a nice flat in a fantastic location. Do not expect hotel amenities or convenience, for example you have to pre-arrange check in and there is no daily cleaning. However, we had a spacious suite with a separate living area and kitchen. Everything was brand new and very clean. Unfortunately, the A/C is only in the living room, but, on request, they brought us two fans to circulate the air and cool the bedroom off as well. Easy walk to the train station.

This apartment is in a prime location for any visitor to Porto. The staff although not on site are very helpful and curteous. Pros: The gentleman who checked us in is very friendly and professional. He gave us great information about the area, where to eat, and buy grocery. Even though the building and elevator is very old, the apartment itself is very modern, clean, and well equipped. They even have the Nespresso machine for you to make your own coffee. Location is excellent and convenient. Cons: The shower water drains very slow. The 3 days we stayed there, our neighbors were extremely loud. They were talking, singing, and even shouting the entire night everyday. It was very annoying and unpleasant when we tried to rest and sleep.
