- Tram: There is a Tram stop just next to the building, the station is called "Carmo";
- Boats: By the river you will find a lot of boats that travel up and down all day.

- The best way to get around is by public transportation. Leave the stress of traffic home and enjoy the city by foot!
- Beware that there is no elevator in the building. The apartment is on the first floor so there is not many stairs! :)
- The apartment has a water boiler, if you are taking a shower for longer than 20 minutes, the hot water might start cooling down.
LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.
-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the amount of energy and water spent.
-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.
-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, in order to assess the state of maintenance.
