Quarto com cheiro de mofo e as cortinas bem mofadas, não estava tão limpo, roupas de cama bem desgastadas e a tomada na frente da pia estava sem a proteção. O atendimento da equipe também foi atencioso e prestativo, o que contribuiu para uma experiência positiva. No entanto, o café da manhã deixou a desejar. Considerando a tarifa aplicada, esperava-se uma oferta mais variada e de melhor qualidade. A seleção de pães, por exemplo, era limitada e alguns estavam duros, o que comprometeu a experiência.
