Helen was amazing - she provided tea and coffee in the room, her breakfast was absolutely divine and extremely well organised, and the location was within walking distance to the beach and the main town. It is clean and comfortable, with a spacious lounge area.
There are only tea bags and coffee on arrival and only hand soap provided so make sure to bring provisions and toiletries.

"This place is huge and was fine, but had some major problems. The balcony, a listed amenity and the first pic of the rental online, has a sign up saying it was unsafe and unusable by guests. The carpet had nasty stains that felt crunchy in places to walk, and one of the bedrooms had a huge wet spot in the carpet. I felt I had to wear socks just to walk in my bedroom. The shower temperature regulator was unusable. We appreciated the laundry access but it was super loud, slow, and needed multiple...
