"We didn’t feel unsafe, but the area was vey dirty and had limited food options. The airport is walking distance, which was nice. The gentleman managing the facility was very nice and was always cleaning! Inside the hostel was clean and as advertised. Parking is in the street, but was easily available. We didn’t really go into Naples, so can’t speak to transportation. For a quick stay, especially if catching a flight, it is fine!"

"Their version of air conditioning is just a fan placed on the floor meant to cool four people in one room and does nothing for the humidity. Washrooms are small and have no where to put your things when getting ready in the morning/at night. If you arrive later in the evening you are charged a late fee that must be payed in cash and there is not staff in the building 24/7."

"Jag hade en mycket bra vistelse. Duschar och badrum fungerade mycket bra och det fanns flera så behövde alldrig vänta. Hostelet var mycket modernt, sängarna var bekväma och det fanns väldigt bra ytor att var på utöver själva rummet. "

"It's the same hostel as Naples Experience. The room I booked was overbooked and when I got back to the room someone's stuff was on my bed and my stuff had been moved, I convinced a couple to sleep together so I could have a place to sleep. Later in the night they tried to put 2 more people in the already full room and woke me up at 2am to ask which beds are free, none of them ovi. The next day they moved another bunk bed into the room so it doesn't matter which room you book or how many beds it...

"I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Villa Alba d’Oro. We were traveling with friends and celebrating a birthday. Everything was fantastic! Alessio, the property manager, and Martina provided exceptional service. They were easily reachable by phone and text and always responded almost immediately. "We stayed 3 nights and it met all our requirements and more! I slept on the pull out sofa which was very comfortable . Lots of space to put our things. There is a terrace across the apt with chairs and a table etc. none of us were familiar with Naples and the flat is in really good neighbourhood. A very nice touch was a voucher for morning coffee and croissant at nearby cafe. The communication upon arrival was prompt, clear and all very professional . 5⭐️"

"The hostel is very central with a friendly staff. It's an old building so dont expect super fancy, expect cosy and homey. The rooms are large and clean, same with the kitchen. The showers are busy especially now when its super hot, so they are not the cleanest at all times, but I think they are cleaned daily, or even several times a day. Beds are very comfortable too. Overall a very nice stay and a very good hostel for the price! "

"First of all, the website lies. The free breakfast sucked, literally just stale toast. You don’t get the welcome package the website details. Or a towel at all. They also didn’t keep track of what room people were staying in so when my group got there they put us in one room, then came in 5 minutes later and told us we had to move. We finally got situated into a room, and another group of girls told us their room had bed bugs. Luckily we didn’t see any in our room... but it was still really...

"Lovely property, brilliant location. staff were attentive and helpful at all times. Shuttle service was AMAZING. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the breakfast and that they were not willing to source a milk alternative, even though the shop next door had 3 different options. "

"Had a nice apartment perfectly located near the beach and restaurants. Staff were great and very friendly. Pool was very cold though but you have the beach nearby. Parking is charged at €20 a night for small cars so that's something to take into account however everywhere charges for parking in Amalfi."

We appreciated the free shuttle service to nearby restaurants which were also amazing. The only criticism was the limited hot water for the shower.
