"Firstly the photograph advertising the flat is of a different property in a different village further down the coast. Santa Falvia and most of Northern Sicily is filthy with litter and dog muck everywhere The flat was not very clean and towels, bedding of poor quality Stairs up to flat very steep and difficult to negotiate. Not for elderly or people with any health issues Parking was a problem and twice we were asked for money to ensure the hire car was not damaged. The roads are tiny and a one...

"Guiseppe's property was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable and came fully equipped with everything you need, a home from home. We could park our rental car inside the gates safely and not have to worry. Everything is of a high standard and it's a few minutes walk to the harbour. Guiseppe was so helpful and easily contactable by whatsapp. We were a family of four and it was perfect for us size wise. We would definately stay there again!"

"The pool was fabulous and the location good for access to local places of interest, particularly Palermo, Cefalu and Monreal. Nearby, Portofino provided a small selection of good pizzerias. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and the holiday complex felt safe and secure as it is a gated complex."
