Garth Cottage

"This property has wonderful views. Comfy beds. The floors and log burner were covered in dust. The quilt cover had no presstuds that actually stuck together so during the night the cover was nearly off the quilt which was quite stained. The glass dinning table was definitely not child friendly very easy to knock into the corners for little ones. "We had a fantastic weekend staying in this apartment, the view is exceptional, and the standard of cleanliness was top draw, everything was spot on. The location was perfect being close to everything in Porthmadog and it is an ideal jump off spot if you want to explore other locations near by such as Port Meirion etc. the mountain railway is also literally just around the corner. The host was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for her, she even allowed us extended parking once our stay was over so that we could make the most of our final day. In short I would not hesitate to stay at this apartment again or with another property that this host has in the area. Everything was spot on!"

"This is a fabulous place to stay right by Swallow falls. The rooms were very spacious, bed huge, shower amazing and set at perfect temperature. Also you don't often get conditioner in the shower/bathroom, I did here which made a nice change, I usually have to take my own. The food was very reasonably priced and delicious with a good choice on the menu. Staff very friendly, special shout out to Zoe who made us feel very welcome when we got there and throughout the stay. Lovely decor on the inside like an old coach house, would highly recommend staying here"
