"Lovely rambling farmhouse dating back to early 1600s but nicely modernized. Perfect spot for Christmas with two families. Big kitchen with aga and large fridge (essential for 14 people over Christmas). Cozy sitting rooms, plenty of bathrooms. The grounds were perfect for a dog walk. Really delighted with this place - couldn’t have imagined a better spot for a country Christmas. The house is comfortable, crammed with books and really interesting art work (fantastic photography!). "We stayed here for a big family birthday long weekend celebration. The house was immaculately finished and really well equipped. We spent a long time looking for somewhere that had a dining table big enough to seat 16+ people together and this was perfect. There are several living spaces for everyone to spread out as well as outside seating when the weather is nice. Lots of parking and beautiful surrounding countryside. Communication with Bridget was seamless. Highly recommend this property."
