"They overcharged the room"

"The biggest disappointment of my stay was the shower. There was very little water pressure and no hot water. Although the hotel staff attempted to fix the hot water issue, the water still wasn’t hot, and the shower pressure never improved. After spending an entire day out exploring, all I wanted was to return to my hotel room and enjoy a nice, hot shower. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even do that. It was extremely disappointing and took away from my overall experience at the hotel."

"The hotel was very nice and clean but you will have to pay $30/night for parking and the hotel has limited amenities."

"Room was very clean"

"The room was clean and the staff were helpful and accommodating."

"This was a great hotel! Very clean and a delicious breakfast. Our only complaint was the placement of the tv. It was in a very strange spot that made it difficult to sit anywhere and watch."

"I really enjoyed everything about our stay. Our room was clean, staff were welcoming and helpful with local food suggestions. The beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again."

"Very clean and fresh surroundings. The front desk staff knew their jobs well and checked us in very quickly. The women housekeepers were always pleasant & quick to remedy any problems. It's at a great location, on Ventura Blvd, by the freeway on ramp. And IHOP is right next door, which we had breakfast there every morning, even though the motel offers breakfast items. We'll definitely use them again! Parking was good as well."

"Kat was the sweetest person ever!! Also loved the 2 entrance options. Very lowkey and fast if you have kids"
