Kae from the Front Desk Guest Relations team and Bri from Housekeeping Team have both shown such genuine kindness and care. The way they carry themselves and the warmth they share truly makes a difference—it’s the kind of hospitality that makes someone feel seen and welcomed, not just like another guest passing through. For me, the value of a hotel stay has never been about price or luxury, but about the feeling a place gives you. Hotel Glendale has a warmth and comfort that’s hard to describe but easy to feel. While I’ve briefly explored a few other hotel properties during this time after experiencing a house fire and searching for my next home, it’s made me realize how special this place really is. Even being at a beachfront property on a high floor right now, I still find myself thinking about the cleanliness, care, and heart that exists at Hotel Glendale. The thoughtful details around the hotel,the vending machines on each floor, the fresh H₂O station, and the latte machines, are small touches that make the experience even more comforting. "Looking a little run down with peeling paint and fraying carpets. Doors have a lot of gapping. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good location. "

"Pool is lovely. Restaurant is very good and the lobby is beautiful. The lounge is fun but the ac/heater in the room was extremely loud and made the walls vibrate. I truly hope they address the noise because it’s a very cool property. Staff are wonderful and the 25 degrees food/staff are fantastic. The location is real “old Hollywood!”"
