"Great location, very clean, comfortable and good amenities including washer/dryer. Loved the smell from the popcorn shop on the first floor as you come through the first floor entrance, yet you hardly notice it on the second floor which is where the apartment is. Our only complaint was the single water filter pitcher in the refrigerator is inadequate and we had to buy bottled water for drinking etc."

"Nice weekend getaway for adult family. We hand one child under 2. Beds comfortable. Cute place just needs a little home improvement. A couple of closet doors are broken and railing for stairs. Outside needs cleaned up. Understanding for spring when it is difficult to lawn mow between rain."

"The suite was as pictured and described. The bed linens and down comforter was so soft and the mattress firm but soft. Slept great!! I enjoyed the bright decor and colors. Excellent 70” tv and was happy to have HBO Max + cable. The heating system worked well although maybe add a small one to the bedroom. Bathroom was clean but very small and tight space between toilet and tub. Overall really enjoyed myself!"

There is only one parking spot and around the outside of the apartment is cluttered. The inside was dark and still could use updates and completion work. "Nice clean place. Close to everything. Basement apartment can tell have trouble with wetness. Smelled musty when first entered, but once open did not notice again. Had trouble with locking system to get in. Had some difficulty communicating with rental agent to get in. In the end, we were able to get in and had a great stay and able to visit friends and family. "My only complaint is the quality of the nattresses. The mattresses were covered with plastic. Every time my husband moved, he woke me, and vice versa. The matress creaked, was lumpy, and i felt like i was sleeping on soggy cardboard. Also i couldn't find any potholders in the kitchen. All in all it was a great weekend"

"Located in the heart of Peninsula. Parked the car on arrival and it never moved until we left two days later. Easy walking access to restaurants, a new coffee/wine shop, several shops, walking trails, the train depot, and multiple churches. It is located upstairs to a popcorn store, so the whole place has a fragrance of popcorn which we found pleasant. Looking forward to another visit in the future."

"The space was very clean, functional, and had all of the amenities you would need. We were not placed in the space listed, though we did end up in a larger unit with a separate bedroom. Our check-in was a little confusing and communications could be slow at times throughout our stay, but we were consistently assisted by our friendly hosts. "My college friends and stayed here for a short weekend trip. It was a very nice and clean house. The property manager stayed in communication and was very helpful. We also hiked at Cuyahoga Valley NP which is only about 25-30 minutes away from the house. Over all we had a great experience and we would stay there again in the future!"
