"Mark and Susan have an amazing property, and it was exactly what we were looking for. We made friends with the cats, the horses, and the ponies. Mark and Susan were very friendly and accommodating, complete with s'mores snacks for the fire. "

"Property is exactly as listed. No joke, big property, pond, beautiful house, secluded, yet close to shopping. Had a great time chilling by the fire pit, watching movies on the home theater set up. Owners are right in town and helped us answer a question, text notifications when lawn maintenance coming, etc. Could not have been better hosts. We drove (1 hour) to downtown Cleveland for the museums on the first day. Went to the Cuyahoga Nat. Park and hiked to Branywine waterfall the next day....

"We wanted some place close for a long weekend. The house was tiny but tastefully decorated with a nice outdoor area. The dock was safe but could use some updating. Owners were super easy to work with let us keep our boat at the dock. We would stay again! "

"Fishing from the dock, right on the lake, kayaking before breakfast, and enjoying the hot tub. Portage lakes is such a fun environment, we all had a wonderful stay. Those stairs coming down to the property are killer, would not recommend for 70 year olds."

"The property met every expectation listed. We had an issue with the TV, contacted John, he worked us through the problem. Other than that, we loved this stay and will book again in June for the Senior Golf Tournament."
