Property was good. Basic but clean and nice. But they were not very accommodating to a later check out even though we were willing to pay. That left us for 4 hours until our planned activity which we thought was terrible.

Staff are friendly and helpful to bring necessary item for the room. Very quiet spot. Wish I could have opened the window for fresh air. Reasonably priced. I forgot my pillow in the room and they found it and are holding it for my family member to pick it up.

With this motel being the lowest price in town, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised to find personable service and a room that was very clean and smelt fresh. It has a family operated feel to it. This all makes this a good deal, would recommend.

We were travelling west on motorcycles as were pleasantly surprised at the value for money at this traditional motel. Staff were very friendly and gave us a corner room. Convenient for our travel on the Yellowhead Highway. Smitty's Family restaurant only 5 minutes walk offering good value eating options. Would and did stay here again on our return trip. Likes - clean, white sheets, white pillow cases, white towels, friendly staff, convenient location for onward travel, cold AC. Dislikes - none.

Among 1 and 2 star motels along the trans canada hwy, this is one of the better ones I’ve encountered. Perfect place to stop when passing through, convenient grocery store 100 m away and a great bed.
