"A historic building in an historic plaza. It was lovely during the day and quiet at night.
The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I received clear instructions before arriving on how to find the hotel.
Delightful surroundings but not for those with mobility issues. "
"We had a two night stay on our way to other places in Italy and thoroughly enjoyed the location. The inn was excellent and in a great location for touring the city."
"Exactly how it is described and very near the train station. Walkable distance to all the things to do around there. I really enjoyed my stay there. "
"Fantastic place! Breakfast was so delicious I wish I could have eaten more. The place has a lot of really wonderful details- the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, great shower, great hairdyer, even the shower gel smelled amazing!"
"Massimiliano was a great host, but we were the only guests and the restaurant was closed. The hotel was basically unmanaged. It should not have been listed as a hotel. "

Charming & Luxury Historic Guest House in the Center of Arezzo ( Tuscany)
10/10 Excellent
"We had an incredible stay at this beautiful, historic apartment in Arezzo. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged—every detail showed care and attention. Stefano, our host, was amazing—so welcoming and incredibly communicative throughout our stay. One of the highlights for our family was his sweet dog, Spritz, who quickly became a favorite playmate for our toddler. The charm of the apartment, combined with the warmth of the host and his furry companion, made our time in Arezzo truly special. Highly recommended!"
"This is a quirky spot in a building where attention has been paid to every aspect of the design. The room was interesting and comfortable with the only slight downside being that the bathroom is separated by a curtain rather than a wall which is not to everyone’s taste. It’s in a great location in a stylish shop and cafe and an interesting, historic palazzo. I would definitely recommend"
"Charming hotel right on the town square. Modern bathroom, great water pressure. Comfortable bed with crisp linens. Good air conditioning. Check-in with Simona next door was delightful and included a free glass of wine."
"We were satisfied with clean and comfortable of the facilities, generous spaces, kind sraffs.
Distance from old town and train station is not close but ig was already notified at thestage of booking."
"This friendly little hotel is one floor of an apartment building. Easy to miss, no big sign out front but go by the address number and find the hotel name on the buzzer.Easy walk to trains and all the shops, restaurants and historic sites. Basic double room with twin beds and clean private bathroom. Continental breakfast has many choices including fresh pastries, yogurt ham and cheese. We had a nice little balcony with a view over city to hills. Affordable, simple B&B run by nice people. "
