"Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good parking. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station where you can take the cable car up to the old city. Best if you have a car since there is free parking below the train station and you’ll need to take the cable car into the old city. Breakfast is fair and available daily. Sound travels from the hallway as well as the street below, esp if you have your window open. AC is in the room but seemed to be hard to modify and the room stayed warm....

"The property is out on the far west Point of Orvieto so the sunsets are spectacular. The little piazza is shared with the oldest church in the city. The views of the medieval quarter on the walk into the centro are notable. There is a little park across the piazza if you happen to be travelling with a pet. The house is 2 levels with plenty of room, comfortable, and completely functional. Elisabetta and Stefano were wonderful and very attentive to our needs. It was excellent value for the cost. The photos on the website are true and accurate."
