"Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, la camera confortevole, la struttura per quanto riguarda la parte ristorazione e’ convenzionata con un ristorante dentro Spello molto vicino e che fa una cucina di buona qualità."
"Very charming! And the owner & staff very nice & friendly!
An easy, short drive(or you could walk) down to park at underground parking at Parcheggio Mojano, then take your parking ticket to take elevator & escalator up to the old town of Assisi. We had a wonderful 2 night visit!"
"Gorgeous historical home with a panoramic view, short drive to Montefalco. Spacious room with large shuttered windows. Paola is so welcoming and kind and provided a delicious breakfast with many options. "
"This beautiful property set in the Umbrian countryside is the ideal base for exploring the gorgeous hill towns of Umbria. The rooms are large and elegant with balconies overlooking the pool and gardens with beautiful trees in the foreground and villages and churches beyond. The restaurant serves marvelous food and has a great wine list. We had four superb days here and highly recommend it to everyone. "

"This was a magical place. This was our favourite by far. Manuel’s is the sweetest host and was full of information. It has everything you need. We miss that view of Spello. It’s super private and quiet. We will be back"
"My husband and I spent 10 nights in this incredible medieval tower home and cannot wait to return! Walter, his daughter Sonora, and their family have created a welcoming, comfortable, and charming dwelling to enjoy and relax in during your trip. To the point--clean, tastefully furnished in Umbrian style & spacious, you have everything needed in the kitchen, a washer/dryer, comfortable beds with excellent linens & towels, abundant hot water, 2 bathrooms, & an amazing roof deck with glorious view of the hills and valley. Sonora and Walter were fantastic in corresponding & always available to help with acclimating & giving local details. We cooked most nights & it was great to have that kitchen outfitted so well, & to have local olive oil from the family's own groves! The location is great as we walked out the door and into the hills, hiked to Assisi & back, as well as along the aqueduct. It's a beautiful area forested and with olive groves and vineyards, where you can walk in the steps of St. Francis. I only wish that we had taken a tour of the family's olive groves, but next time! There's much to see in Spello from Roman mosaics to medieval art in the churches, & the people are simply lovely and welcoming. Thank you to Walter and Sonora for a truly relaxing and cozy vacation! We hope to return soon!"
"We had a suite which was HUGE with a spa and fantastic valley views.
Parking on the premises if you got there first.
Ample buffet breakfast.
For such an expensive room there was no ironing board or kettle. Amazing.

"Nori mirrors the impressive, special home which she was kind enough to allow us to use for five wonderful days in Spello. On multi floors, very clean, and with a comfortable bed, shower, and washer/dryer, it seemed a perfect temporary residence. But then you add the many snacks and drinks which Nori thoughtfully places in the apartment, the wealth of information she provides, her almost instant availability, the kindness and knowledge of her translator, and the magic of Spello, and you have a perfect vacation stop. Nori and her translator were waiting for us on the corner of the apartment's street and after checking us in and giving us lots of valuable information, they joined us in our car and took us to the free parking lot outside the city's walls. There is nothing more for which we could have asked of her. Thank you, Nori."
