Great restaurant next door if you are tired after a busy day of exploring and don’t feel like hiking around. Free parking and wonderful breakfast. Staff is amazing and professional. Room was terrific with a balcony overlooking the town of Spello and the pool. Can not say enough great things about this hotel, headed to Spello- this is a must!"

"The house was absolutely beautiful, and the surroundings were stunning. It suited our group perfectly. We were four families traveling together with children, and each family had its own apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, and shower. There was also a large shared kitchen where we could cook meals together, as well as a spacious and lovely outdoor dining area where we enjoyed lunches and dinners. The pool was also great.Before our arrival, the host was very responsive and always provided quick and clear answers to our questions.To summarize, the house and its surroundings were fantastic. Unfortunately, what had a negative impact on our overall stay was that the host was very controlling and frequently present at the property, often several times a day. We had no issue with the gardeners being there (they were very friendly) or with someone coming to maintain the pool. However, the host would come by repeatedly and sometimes spoke to us in a rather harsh tone, almost as if we were children. For example, one evening we had moved some of the outdoor furniture a short distance from one part of the gravel area to another, fully intending to put it back afterward, but we were scolded for it.As a result, we never felt completely comfortable during our stay, despite how wonderful the house itself was."
