Apartment with two bathrooms - but one shower not working! Sorry that means one working bathroom! One tiny cake of soap. One cm of hand soap! One of two bedrooms without a made up bed! Really? Written sign on sign board telling us to use a table cloth on the table - but none supplied. Just one measly t-towel...
