Also our TV was out not connecting to the satellite, but they were quick to send someone to help. "there was a misunderstanding on room type reservation- i thought i reserved a 2-queen beds suite with a pull out sofa bed, ref and microwave. come to find out the room reserved was only a standard room of 2 queen beds. i ended up upgrading room typecto accommodate family needs. the staff/receptionist during check in was awesomely very helpful and accommodating. we are very appreciative of her kind accommodation. "
