The patio has a gas grill and patio furniture. There is a walking trail steps away the house so you can enjoy bird watching. You will also have access to the community pool located at 1 Ocelot road along with the fitness center and tennis courts.

Overall, the house was a good size. However, upon further inspection, it was discovered that the bathtub in the master bathroom was full of cracks and therefore unusable. Also, the bed in the front secondary bedroom was 2 mattresses on a rickety metal frame. It was not able to support an adult’s body, making it unusable as well. Overall, the home would have been great, but was clearly not ready to accommodate a family’s stay.
