"First thing I noticed nobody was at the entrance Nobody greeting either at the entrance or front desk My guest forgot a pool dress it was never recovered There was no luggage carts, so we have to walk all the way around the lobby n elevator area and that halls to our rooms with no help at all. "

My family and I had a wonderful time and will definitely return to this hotel. Read some negative reviews prior to arrival but didn't encounter anything that was mentioned in those reviews. Hats off to the staff who was continuously cleaning all areas of the hotel (Hot and Hard work). Take a bow you all were awesome. "
